Commented Issue: FunctionMode.Select not working properly [23848]

Hello DotSpatial Team,

i recognized that the FunctionMode.Select is not working properly in some cases since the update from 1.3 to 1.4.
It seems as there are not all elements selected.
I`ve attached a picture that shows the issue.
When selecting with Version 1.3 all elements are selected.
I hope you can help me out?

Just tested with changset 75757. The issue seems to be solved! :) The workitem can be closed.
