New Post: Convert an image or pdf map to a shapefile and load it with the application

Hi

1/ When I save my project, I can export the map in an image format or pdf format . Now I want to do the opposite operation : I want to open an image/pdf map and load it in my project but I can't find a way how to make the convert operation.

2/ I can open a Dotspatial project (.dspx) with my GIS application but I want to open a MapWindow project (.mwprj) and every time I try to do it an error occurs

3/ Is there a way how to insert a scale bar,a north arrow,a text and a rectangle in my map ?

Does anyone have an idea how to help me please.
