I think this is a bug too, and I don't know if this has some implication on the identify function but when I load a raster map, zoom to an extent where I see single cells, if I click identify on the center of a cell I don't get the cell value I am expecting, it seems that the visualization is shifted respect to the grid values.
To get exactly the cell value I need to click identify on the lower right corner of the visualized cell. It seems that the cell value in the visualization has the same bug you discussed above.
