New Post: how can I load plugin in my application?

actually I want to load some plugin in my application but i can't,
I use appManager1.LoadExtensions() in my code but I just can use data extensions folder with it,when I add plugin folder to My application\bin\Debug, one message box shown that write at it:we're downloading an extension that you need,
have anyone some code that shows how can i do it.
