I found that in dotspatial.symbology.forms it was added, but then later in the code it was removed because something about it was buggy. I deleted that line of code in the TableEditor control to get it to be added to the attribute dialog, and found that it created a mess with selecting shapes. So I went ahead and changed the TableEditor control all around so I could add the calculator, correctly select shapes, save the table (which was buggy too when I added the calculator), edit a cell on click, copy and paste columns from an excel sheet to the dbf, etc. So far I'm not quite sure what other problems were created that someone felt it necessary to remove the calculator from TableEditor, but I'm sure I'll find out.
